5 horn pattern

Set of 5 digital patterns to create horns out of foam.

Each horn has both, the pattern (with all the parts you need to glue together to get the horn in 3D) and a template of the horn, giving you a flat side view of it, this will help you resize them more easily! This way you can print the template, make it smaller or bigger as needed, and then print the pattern with the same size.

Each pattern contains 1 or 2 PDF files depending on the size. If the pattern is too big to be printed on 1 A4 format paper right away, there will be 2 PDF files (one with the full pattern, and one with the pattern pre-cut for printing in A4)

The horns need a bit of heat shaping to be fully round. You can use the same patterns but do 45° cuts instead of 90° ones to get the same horn shape but with a "square" effect instead of the "round" one you can see on the ones I made.

To change the angle of the horn where it lays on your head, you simply need to remove a bit of foam at the base, so it's not straight but tilted in the direction you want.

Recommended eva foam: 3 mm CF100

The template only comes with very basic explanations: Such as the thickness and density of the foam to be used, the size and where to assemble some parts.
